Upon receiving all six boxes, which arrived within a two-day span, I was finally able to put this pergola together. You will need at least 2–3 people for assembly, especially when raising and securing the frame.
The parts for the frame were easy to assemble. The only step where I needed help was having three people hold the frame upright while I secured everything together. So far, it has held up great, even with the heavy winds in my area.
The instructions were straightforward and easy to follow. I didn’t run into any issues during assembly, and all the required parts were included in the boxes—nothing was missing.
Overall, the pergola feels very sturdy, well-built, and worth the investment. I’m very pleased with the quality, stability, and overall appearance.

Was expecting cheap thin flimsy metal and was quite surprised to see reinforcements were appropriate and thick metal posts.
Louvers and rain gutter system work very well.
It did take a considerable amount of time to assemble but was well worth it.
Very sturdy and has already withstood a considerable thunderstorm.
Netting and curtains are decent quality. My only concern is the plastic pieces that slide in the metal track and hold the curtains up. Thank goodness it comes with a large bag of extras.
Most of it can be assembled by one or two people but you will want at least four people on hand to attach the cross beams to the posts. It also comes in for heavy boxes that will probably require two people each to move.
Will not be hard to attach an outdoor fan to the main cross beam.

Nice pergola and delivered with care
This is a very sturdy pergola - the directions are a little misleading as it has taken a couple of days to put together - we’re older so that may be the issue, but totally pleased with this purchase. Love the option of using the screens or the full curtains for privacy. A great addition to our backyard summer fun !
It hasn’t been sunny enough to use yet but it looks really good installed. It went up easy and efficiently. It took 3 people working together about 30 minutes to hand both curtains.
I hired the assembly out and it came together perfectly. So far it’s held up perfectly to some pretty good winds. It’s a good, solid piece. I haven’t hooked up the electric yet. Very pleased so far.
This product is awesome. It took about 1.5 hrs to unbox every item and unwrap the packaging. The items are secured in thier boxes to prevent damage during shipping. It then took me about 5 hours to asemble the entire pergola and i'm HIGHLY satisfied with the product, instructions, ease of install and overall quality. I highly recommend this item. On a side note, one of the "levers" used to open and close the louvers had a manufacutre defect. The customer service team was quick to reply to me to send the new part in the mail. I'm currently waiting for a tracking number to be sent to me, but i'm impressed with their customer service.
