eGift Cards do not expire, and are redeemable online only. Terms and conditions apply.
- The purchase and/or use of an eGift Card constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time by Kiyo Home in its sole discretion.
- The eGift card is redeemable online only for the purchase of merchandise at kiyohome.com.
- eGift Cards will be emailed to the indicated recipient after the order has been completed. A valid email address is required for purchase.
- eGift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, reloaded, combined, or resold. Unauthorized resale will invalidate the eGift Card.
- eGift Cards are to be used towards new purchases only and will not be accepted as payment on any existing orders. eGift cards cannot be used to pay off outstanding credits or accounts.
- Kiyo Home has no obligation to replace or honour any eGift Card that has been lost or stolen.
- You will not be sent statements or transactions on your eGift Card. To check the balance, you can click the unique URL provided in the eGift Card delivery email or contact customer service at support@kiyohome.com
- Goods purchased using the eGift Card are subject to Kiyo Home's exchange or returns policy. Where you are eligible for a refund, to the extent you paid for goods using an eGift Card, you will be refunded by way of eGift card.
- The eGift Cards can be used until the balance of the card is zero. Once the balance is zero, the eGift Card is invalid and cannot be activated or used again.
Reasons for Failed Delivery
If you have confirmed the delivery email address but the eGift Card has not been received within a reasonable period after order submission, the following is a list of the most common reasons why delivery may have failed:
- Spam filter blocked email or routed it to a bulk/spam folder.
- Recipient's firewall blocked the email.
- Email inbox is over size limit.
- Invalid email address.
If a spam filter is blocking support@kiyohome.com emails from getting to an inbox, the email options will need to be modified so that support@kiyohome.com emails are not considered spam. If you need further assistance, contact Customer Support. Please refer to your order number and be ready to supply your email address.
We have a 30-Day Guarantee Policy that offers free replacement options for products that arrive damaged, defective, or not what you ordered. If you do not like your product, we can offer a store credit to be used on another purchase, or you can return the item (see our “Returns and Refunds Policy” for full details).
